  ### Becomes Civil Connect PLC
  The group adopts the Civil Connect PLC name, uniting its businesses under one identity.
4. September 2025
  ### Board strengthened
  Thomas Martin Hamilton joins the Board as a director.
5. April 2026
  ### Civil-i Infrastructure joins the group
  Civil Connect PLC becomes the controlling shareholder of Civil-i Infrastructure Ltd.
6. October 2026
  ### Civil Connect Subsurface name restored
  The utility and subsurface engineering division returns to its original name.
