He brings more than 39 years of executive experience to the Board and directs the group’s strategic vision, corporate governance and financial oversight. A Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FIoL) and of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), and a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD), Ramon Bell is a staunch advocate of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) agenda. He embeds sustainable practice directly into the business strategy, bridging the gap between compliance and operational reality, and champions the group’s employees and the communities in which it works. #### Vision for the group Ramon Bell’s guiding mission for Civil Connect PLC is “to provide the critical intelligence that turns complex site data into clear, sustainable opportunities”.
