Clara Reeves is Head of People at Civil Connect PLC. She leads group-wide people, culture and development, from how we recruit and develop colleagues to the standards of conduct that sit behind the Board’s governance framework.
The group’s operating companies each have their own teams. Clara’s role is to make sure the centre supports them with consistent people practice, development and a culture that matches the standards Civil Connect PLC sets for safety, integrity and long-term delivery.
