Ramon Bell FIoL, FRSA, MIoD
Ramon Bell is Chairman of Civil Connect PLC and has been a director of the company since its incorporation on 22 December 2023. He brings more than 39 years of executive experience to the Board and directs the group’s strategic vision, corporate governance and financial oversight.
A Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FIoL) and of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), and a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD), Ramon Bell is a staunch advocate of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) agenda. He embeds sustainable practice directly into the business strategy, bridging the gap between compliance and operational reality, and champions the group’s employees and the communities in which it works.

Ramon Bell’s guiding mission for Civil Connect PLC is “to provide the critical intelligence that turns complex site data into clear, sustainable opportunities”. Under his leadership the group has set out three commitments: harnessing digital tools for superior insight, cultivating specialist expertise, and leading with integrity and a focus on sustainability.
