Michael Lee is Chief Operations Officer of Civil Connect PLC. He is responsible for operational delivery across the group: how work is planned, resourced and handed over, and how digital tools are used to improve productivity rather than simply to record it.
His focus is the gap between boardroom intent and site execution. That includes a single source of operational truth, leaner logistics and progressive, verified handover so that quality is built in rather than inspected in at the end.
